Penn Paper Lofts transforms a former loading dock into a contemporary apartment building through adaptive reuse, preserving its industrial character while introducing new residential life. Located beside the historic Penn Paper Factory, the design draws from the site’s materiality and scale to create a strong connection between past and present.
